  • Rust creepage: 2/6 mm (C* 2.4 avg.).

Adhesion

  • Steel adhesion >1200 PSI (ASTM D4541, blasted substrate).
  • Concrete adhesion >868 PSI (ASTM D7234, pre-treated).

Mechanical

  • Impact resistance >140 in./lbs (ASTM B2794).
  • Hardness Shore D 42.
  • Taber abrasion 37.5 mg (ASTM D4060).
  • Mandrel bend 1/8 in., no cracks (ASTM D522).

Thermal

  • Melting point 208 F (ASTM D3418).
  • Vicat softening point 149 F (ASTM D1525).
